FLO Kolkata, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Nidhi Jhunjhunwala, successfully hosted a memorable retreat to Amritsar, titled The Soul of Punjab, for 46 of its members, expertly blending cultural exploration with significant professional engagement.
The trip featured a patriotic visit to the Wagah Border, where the chapter took the opportunity to felicitate Sh. Suraj Bhan Handa, Dy. Commandant & Manager, LPAI. A key component of the retreat was an international chapter integration meet focused on women’s empowerment in Punjab.
It featured a special address by Jeevan Jyot Kaur Ji, MLA (Northeast) and spokesperson for Punjab, who shared extensive insights on the state initiatives. Overall, the event was hailed as a very fruitful and excellent networking event. It provided members with valuable connections, knowledge, and a deeply enriching experience of Punjab’s culture.
