IN SYNC – Hormonal Health & The Power of Balance

YFLO Delhi, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms. Aaradhana Dalmia, hosted an enlightening wellness-centred session titled “IN SYNC: Hormonal Health & The Power of Balance,” led by renowned nutritionist and wellness coach Rashi Chowdhary.

Thoughtfully guided by Day Chairs Komal Dhoot Saraf and Vedika Modi Agarwal, the session explored the intricate connection between hormonal health, nutrition, and women’s overall well-being.

Held at the elegant Claridges, the event created a warm, supportive, and knowledge-driven environment where members could understand their bodies more deeply. With collaboration from Kent and American Pecans, along with gifting partners 3TENX and Nourish Organics, the afternoon combined education, nourishment, and community engagement in perfect harmony.

The purpose of this wellness session was to help women understand the fundamentals of hormonal health and recognise the importance of balance in daily life. The event aimed to:

  • Provide clarity on how hormones influence mood, metabolism, skin, energy, and long-term health.
  • Highlight the role of nutrition and lifestyle in restoring and maintaining hormonal balance.
  • Encourage women to prioritise self-awareness and body literacy.
  • Create a safe, inclusive space for members to learn, reflect, and ask personal health-related questions.
  • Reinforce YFLO’s commitment to holistic wellness and empowering women through knowledge-led experiences.

The vision behind the session was to shift conversations around hormones from being complex and taboo to accessible, actionable, and empowering, ultimately inspiring women to take charge of their well-being with confidence.

The session followed an intimate, interactive structure where members engaged directly with Rashi through discussions, myth-busting, and personalised guidance. The curated lunch further enhanced the experience by translating insights into mindful eating.

Rashi simplified how common symptoms of fatigue, mood swings, cravings, skin breakouts, and PCOS indicators are often rooted in hormonal fluctuations rather than isolated issues.

The session concluded with an open and honest Q&A, where members sought clarity on nutrition, PCOS, bloating, insulin resistance, metabolism, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Impact & Forward Movement

Around 150+ attendees became a part of this health-focused session. YFLO members, wellness enthusiasts, working professionals, entrepreneurs, and women passionately attended this session for getting valuable advice on improving their health. The session was a powerful step towards normalising conversations around women’s health and hormones. 

Also, it strengthened trust within the YFLO community for hosting sessions that nurtured both body and mind. YFLO Delhi aims to continue curating transformative, educational experiences that empower women to prioritise their physical, mental, and emotional health.
