Mind Matters: A Mental Awareness Program For Children

YFLO Hyderabad organised an impactful “Mind Matters” session, a mental awareness program specifically designed for children. This vital initiative was conducted in collaboration with Roshini Trust at Kanya Gurukul School for the students of Classes 8-10, aiming to equip young minds with essential knowledge and coping strategies for mental health.

The interactive session featured a panel of distinguished speakers: Mr. Murthy Vadapalli, Mr. Nagesh, and Ms. Sujatha. They engaged with the students on crucial topics related to mental well-being, focusing particularly on stress and its various types.

Alongside insightful discussions on the nature and forms of stress, the session incorporated a few activities designed to reinforce learning and provide practical tools for managing daily pressures. This hands-on approach helped demystify complex concepts, making them relatable and actionable for the young audience.
