FLO was established in 1983, as a division of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) which is the apex body of industry and commerce in India. As an All-India Organisation for women, FLO has 20 Chapters pan India - Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Indore, Jammu-Kashmir & Ladakh, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Kanpur, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Northeast, Pune, Siliguri, Uttarakhand and Vadodara, with its Head Office in New Delhi. Our members comprise of entrepreneurs, professionals, and Corporate Executives.

Taking the vision of FLO forward, the theme for 2024-25, under the leadership of Joyshree Das Verma, is \"COLLECTIVE VISION, COLLABORATIVE ACTION.
This theme encapsulates her vision for FLO, which includes building a strong inclusive community for sustainable progress, promoting individual businesses and career growth, furthering the inspirational impact of the members, and making FLO an aspirational organization for women across the country.
President’s Message
Dear Friends,
I am deeply honoured and thrilled to assume the role of the 41st National President of FICCI Ladies Organization. As I step into this position, I am reminded of the words of Andrew Carnegie, who said, "Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results."
These words resonate profoundly with me as we unite in pursuit of our shared goals. I am privileged to have served as the Chapter Chair of FLO North East Chapter and I am grateful for the trust and confidence you have placed in me to lead this esteemed organization at the national level. The theme for my tenure 2024-25, is "COLLECTIVE VISION, COLLABORATIVE ACTION." success storyHer loan for a Swift Dzire car to be used as a taxi,was graciously sanctioned by Arundhati Bhattacharya, CMD of State Bank of India, during her visit to the North East in Guwahati.
She was fortunate to get a car loan of 5 lakhs and now she runs the vehicle under Assam tourist taxi permit.
She is now waiting for her permit to be sanctioned for Meghalaya, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh, which covers a larger area.
