Members had a workout session with zumba and yoga which was fun. A talk on the importance of nutrition and healthy eating followed by a demonstration on salad making by Project Hum gave members a relaxing evening. Session ended where members were served healthy organic snacks prepared by the Hum team. Session ended where members were given gift hampers and discount coupons. 24 members attended the session.
