Refund Policy

1. i) The Services that are rendered by Instamojo are subject to a Platform Fee. Instamojo deducts the fee from the payment as mentioned below.

3. 2. Debit Card- 1.10%
4. 3. Net Banking HDFC & ICICI- 1.70%
5. 4. Net Banking Others- 1.60%
6. 5. UPI- 1.10%
7. 6. Wallets- 2%
8. 7. EMI- 2%
9. 8. Corporate Card- 2.80%
10. 9. NEFT- 0%
11. ii) Instamojo reserves the right to modify the Platform Fee from time to time.
12. iii) In case of a payment by error or double payment or any payment that needs to be reversed or returned back to the member, Instamojo will charge the member a fee for each refund. Please note that this refund fee is mandatory and the member will be refunded the amount after the due deduction. Kindly note that FLO is not responsible for refund of amount charged by Instamojo. ( members are advised to make the payments carefully)
