Joyshree Das Verma is the President of FICCI Ladies Organisation for the year 2024-25. She is the 41 st National President of FLO. A persona with an eclectic walk, through 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial journey Ms. Joyshree Das Verma nurtures a diverse professional presence. As a public figure, she holds the position of Honorary Consul of Israel, Northeast India. Ms. Joyshree Das Verma’s entrepreneurial role is defined as Director of Kaapro Management Solutions Pvt Ltd, her pan India entrepreneurial HR Consulting company in which she is a Co-promoter.

A leader with an innate ability to take a 360° view of organisational dimensions, Ms. Joyshree Das Verma fuses her rich background in operations and human resources management into innovative solution orientation towards business challenges. Her constant attention to the entire gamut of envisioning-planning-implementation has brought forth tremendous results with zero-conflict derivatives, in the project environment.

A slice of her growth journey and success milestones is as elaborated below- Honorary Consul of Israel to Northeast India- integrating her work with all the 8 North-eastern States of India to ​​advance and strengthen the strategic relations between India and Israel in sectors such as Agriculture, Water, I.T, Technology, Health, Innovation, Tourism, Trade and Commerce.

She is also the Director & Co-Promoter of Kaapro Management Solutions since 2010. Kaapro Management Solutions is a privately held ISO Certified company with its presence across India at 9 nodal offices, offering HR consulting and solutions, through a team strength of ​​3120+ employees and associates.

Kaapro specialises in providing with and managing recruitment, staffing, consulting and training solutions. Ms. Joyshree Das Verma has partnered in the creation of teams and organisations, ground up, building high-performance teams with profitability-accountability. Through her keen interpersonal skills, she has acquired, serviced, and retained global and regional clients across scale and industries. She began her entrepreneurial journey as Business Partner of MAFOI Management Consultants Ltd (Now Randstad) in the Northeast in 2003 – another pioneering stint in the region. Prior to launching into her entrepreneurial avatar, Mrs. Joyshree Das Verma gained on-ground rigour of operations and the mechanics of the insides of successful business models, through her sting at TNT Skypak and the prestigious Tata Group –Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai in 1988.
