Ajita Reddy Yogesh is the National Joint Treasurer of FLO. She was the Chapter Chairperson of Hyderabad Chapter in the year 2009-2010. She is also a core team member of FLO Industrial Park. Ajita being a qualified engineer (B.E) in Electronics and Telecommunications with a degree in Business Management, realized very early, while pursuing her education at Osmania University, that she has both the avidness and skillset in creating awareness amongst people through educating them. 
 
She founded Hamstech in 1992 with the sole aim of tapping into the growing potential of Fashion and Interior design as up-and-coming creative industries. Hamstech has focused on providing industry-level training to individuals who wish to establish a career in these domains.
Over the years, she has developed it into one of the leading creative education providers in India.
This journey included a multitude of milestones such as:

• Adding Photography, Graphic Design, Jewellery Design, Styling, Culinary Arts and Baking to the course offering at Hamstech.
• Onboarding Celebrity mentors like Neeta Lulla, Avinash Gowariker, Shabnam Gupta and Kailash Nayak.
• Being the first institute to be affiliated to renowned national and international universities across the globe.
• Inception of 7 more institute branches in Hyderabad, making Hamstech one of the most prolific institutes of the country.

Hamstech Films:
Under its banner, Hamstech also has a production company that produces and distributes films. Its debut project was the Telugu film,
Cheppalani Undi, Hamstech Films has distributed big-banner films like Godfather, starring Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan.

Hamstech Interiors:
Hamstech is now venturing into providing end-to-end Interior Design Services under the wing of its collaboration with one of India’s top
celebrity Interior Designers, Shabnam Gupta,who already owns successful interior brands like Peacock Life and Orange Lane. Through this collaborative venture, Hamstech Interiors intends to provide a bespoke experience to residential and commercial property owners when it comes to styling spaces.
Since her association with FLO commenced in 2005, Ajita Reddy Yogesh has played multifarious roles and contributed to FLO in the capacities of Chairperson of FICCI ladies organization (FLO) Hyderabad chapter, with a group of 1050 members, consisting of entrepreneurs, professionals, corporate executives and homemakers. She has also served as a governing board member for years.
 
Throughout her association with FLO, she has stated unequivocally that her primary goal is to empower Indian women with knowledge, skill and the ability to build something of their own as an entrepreneur. That’s why, she’s presently the director at the Flo industrial park which is one of its kind in India and is closely working on allocation of land for women entrepreneurs in association with TSIIC,Govt of Telangana.
