Driven by a quest for authenticity, Chef Nooresha embarked on an immersive exploration of Japan, spending months mastering sushi and the principles of Washoku—a culinary ethos celebrating simplicity and harmony in ingredients.

During the Yutori Experience, Chef Nooresha showcased three of her signature dishes, each a testament to her mastery of Japanese culinary techniques.
