YFLO Bombay invited Yasmin Karachiwala, celebrity fitness expert to talk about the importance of fitness and healthy lifestyle. Yasmin elaborated the basic aspects of fitness which are to eat right and exercise right. She added that genuine health and fitness is a combination of exercise, food and lifestyle—and all three work in conjunction with each other.
She highlighted on various recipes for healthy diet and also spoke about fundamental steps to maintain a healthy body weight.
