Workshop : YFLO Kitchen

A series of 6 cookery workshops will be conducted during the course of the year by celebrity/guest chefs. The year will end with a launch of a cookery book that will include all these recipes along with contributions from the members. YFLO Kitchen presented two workshops since September – December which was held in two major places of Kolkata:

• The Taj Bengal Chinoisserie (22nd and 24th September, 2014) – The fourth culinary workshop was attended by 40 YFLO members. The recipes included:
• The Bridge Terrace, The Park (4th December, 2014) – The fifth culinary workshop was with renowned pastry chef and the owner of Le15 Patisserie, Ms. Pooja Dhingra. It was a demonstration of some delicious cupcakes and cookies.
