Workshop on Empowering & Accelerating Women Entrepreneurs with Trestle Group Foundation

FLO organised a workshop on Empowering & Accelerating Women Entrepreneurs for women entrepreneurs in association with Trestle Group Foundation, a Switzerland based organization & UNDP – India.
Women entrepreneurs promote economic and social development as women reinvest in their communities and homes. In both developed and developing economies, savings rise and spending shifts toward food, health, and education as women gain power over household income.
The workshop was addressed to women who already run their own business for 1-3 years, with the objective to promote entrepreneurial excellence amongst new and potential businesswomen.
The objectives of the workshop were:
• Network relationship management for entrepreneurial success
• Define vision for the business
• Define ideal clients and target markets
• Create business action plan
• Establish ongoing community structure
