Workshop on Achar Making

A transformative event was recently held to empower 20 rural women by teaching them *Achar Making* for personal and professional development. The event, aimed at fostering self-reliance and economic independence, drew a significant number of participants from surrounding villages.

The mentor Mrs. Sima Maiya who is a professional Achar maker, trained these women to learn the tricks and techniques of making it.
The event provided networking opportunities allowing participants to connect with their mentor. This helped establish support networks and opened avenues for future collaboration.

The event concluded with celebrating the women’s achievements and newfound skills.
