Wonderful Winter Potluck

FLO Chennai, under the guidance of Chairperson Dr. Divya Abhishek and Joint Treasurer Ms. Ruchita Saraogi, organized the “Wonderful Winter Potluck”, at Vspacez. The event, organized through the Spark: Art, Food, and Culture vertical led by Vertical Head Ms. Gunit Singla, brought together members for a delightful culinary and cultural experience.

65 participants joined the event which included 20 spectators and 45 contributors who presented an impressive array of dishes. With nearly 80 dishes showcasing a repertoire of cuisines from North to South India. Several participants brought multiple dishes, demonstrating their culinary enthusiasm and creativity.

Ms. Gunit Singla conducted a live demonstration of mulled wine preparation, served as a refreshing beverage. She also led an engaging session on napkin folding, teaching two elegant designs — the Candle Fold and the Christmas Tree Fold, the latter being demonstrated in two variations.

Several participants had the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes. Celebrating the efforts of homemakers and budding culinary enthusiasts, the event showcased over 80 dishes. The Wonderful Winter Potluck was a memorable initiative by FLO Chennai, leaving attendees with cherished memories, new culinary inspirations, and a renewed sense of togetherness.
