The session was attended by a full house, with everyone in yoga gear and mats. A health pop up was organised with wellness-related food, clothing, accessories for our members to browse during registration.
This event was a collaboration with Vitality Hours, curated by the Antidote Team of Nadia & Carol. It kicked off with a hands-on yoga workshop by Anshuka Parwani – celebrity trainer, wellness expert and fly fit yoga guru. Post this there was a workshop by Shayamal – biohacker, sports scientist and psychologist on optimizing human performance using science & spirituality. This event ended with a session with a monk mylk workshop by Antidote.
