Wellness Rules

FLO Ahmedabad along with Sleepwell Foundation hosted a Wellness Conclave for its members and guest, inviting a broad spectrum of speakers including Vivek Agnihotri, filmmaker, Ms. Sohini Shah, dietician and nutritionist, Dr Maral Pattrick, Queen of Superbikes, India, Faisel Alkazi, Theatre director and Master trainer, Arvinder. J. Singh, Corporate trainer and Psychotherapist, Lisa Ray, Celebrity Actress and artists Rene Singh and Avani Sethi who personified wellness on their terms.

The day long programme covered all the aspects of wellness including physical, emotional, intellectual, creative and spiritual.
