Wellness 360

YFLO Delhi started the year with WELLNESS 360, with a talk on Health, Nutrition, and Fitness, with the speakers Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Luke Coutinho. The event also included a wellness bazaar showcasing 16 brands, a play on pollution and recycling, and lastly a talk on Healthy Parenting by Vedanta Guru Shri Lakshminarayanan. The event was successful and was attended by more than 550 members.

Next up was a play enacted by school kids under the direction of theatre director Bubbles Sabharwal. For many YFLO members it was a treat to see their kids perform.

Time for some goodies: During the break members had the opportunity to choose from 20 brands which came together to offer organic and nutritious food items for the house. Most of the brands are owned by our fellow members.

The day ended with Vedanta Guru Lakshmi Narayana talking to parents about modern day parenting and striking the right balance with their children.
