Visit to Weber World

Weber, World, a showroom of grilling and barbeque equipment, hosted an event for Ahmedabad Chapter members on February 10, 2014.

Nicole Khurana, the vivacious entrepreneur behind this venture, Chef Suresh Khanna of Fortune Landmark Hotel and their team demonstrated how one can dish up mouthwatering grilled delicacies in a jiffy using their easy to use variety of grills. The grills ranged from small domestic ones to large ones for the hotel industry as also the gas fired variety to organic charcoal fired ones.

The beauty of the whole process was in the simplicity of method as well as the nutrition retaining capacity of this mode of cooking. The vent received an overwhelming response from our members as was evident in the large numbers present. Once again the members demonstrated their love for acquiring new skills.
