Visit to Sanden Vikas Precision Parts Private Limited & Lunch at Neemrana Fort Palace

FLO organized a very interesting visit to one of the most proficient and successful Business venture, Sanden Vikas Precision Parts Private Limited, which is a Joint venture between Sanden Corporation (Japan) and Vikas Group. Located at the Japanese Zone in Neemrana (Rajasthan) the company manufactures compressor parts for Sanden India as well as for global requirements.

The visit was conceptualized with the objective of giving an understanding of the art of ‘Precision’ and ‘Perfection’ in ‘Delivering Excellence’, the Japanese principles on which the strong foundation of the Company is laid upon. Impeccable Time Management and Immaculate Quality Control are the key takeaways from this Factory Visit.

The visit also provided a first-hand understanding and behind the scenes experience of the manufacturing unit of a company, which is 1st Indian Company to start Manufacturing for Automotive Air-Conditioning in India.

The visit started with a Presentation on the Company, highlighting on the history of the Company as also describing the mission, Research & Development, Operational aspects, manufacturing, Quality Control amongst other aspects.

The members were then taken through guided tours to various units of the Plant. It was fascinating to witness the seamless progression of activities undertaken with lot of hard work, dedication and commitment, to achieve the level of accomplishment which the Company has reached today.

It was indeed very encouraging to witness the company working as an excellent business model, towards achieving its core mission of being a benchmark with best and be top of the class in technology – design – manufacturing and quality, Delight and exceed customer expectation and to be India’s leading automotive air conditioning company.

The Visit was followed by a visit to the Neemrana Fort – Palace, India’s oldest heritage resort hotels, located on a high hillock and commands magnificent views of the surrounding beauty. The Fort provided the most appropriate backdrop for ruminating and reliving the launch of Jaipur Chapter on 31st January, 2007 at the same place- Neemrana Fort- Palace, with Ms. Neeta Boochra as the Founder Chairperson of the Jaipur Chapter – who is the current National President of FLO.

FLO Members, Puja Agarwal graciously hosted a sumptuous lunch at Neemrana. Governing Body Member, Anjali Aggarwal coordinated the programme.
