Visit to Kapaass – Skill Development Initiative

Under our skill development initiative we have trained about 40 women at different levels for toy making. Kapaass is an initiative led by Mrs. Lalita Agarwal. All the women working here have been trained in-house for processes like cutting, stuffing and stitching. Kapaass provides a platform for empowering women at grass-root level to become self independent.
