A virtual session titled “Unicorn Dreams: Transforming Your Home-Grown Business into a Billion-Dollar Venture” was held under the ambit of the FLO Financial Literacy Initiative on April 9, 2024.

The FLO Financial Literacy Initiative is a national initiative dedicated to enhancing financial literacy for women, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complex world of finance and entrepreneurship. Through workshops, seminars, and other educational programs, the initiative seeks to empower women to take control of their financial futures and unlock their full potential as entrepreneurs.

Led by Governing Body Member CA Shubhra Maheshwari, along with the dynamic team including Simran Chhabra, Smitha Gooda, Bhavani Mujakari, and Rashmi Doshi, the FLO Financial Literacy Initiative has been making significant strides in empowering women entrepreneurs.

The speaker for this session was CA Umesh Sharma, Central Council Member and Head of Financial & Tax Literacy.

Organized in collaboration with ICAI, this session aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs to transform their home – grown businesses into billion-dollar ventures.

CA Umesh Sharma, with his wealth of knowledge and experience, guided attendees through the key principles and strategies that can pave the way for their businesses to achieve billion-dollar success. He guided participants through crucial aspects of financial and tax literacy and offered invaluable insights into elevating home-grown businesses into billion-dollar ventures. Attendees were equipped with tools and knowledge necessary for navigating the complex landscape of business growth and financial management.
