The Tuscana Experience

Setting up a chain of International food franchise like Subway restaurants has been a challenging task for our very own FLO member Somna Sachdev. Together with her husband Vipin, they now own specialty restaurants like Kryptos by Willi, Burgundy’s, Tuscana Pizzeria, Tuscana on Chamiers by Willi and Tuscana Deli that have made a significant contribution to dining out a pleasurable and enjoyable experience in the city. Somna shared her experiences in the hospitality industry and Chef Shendil at Tuscana on Chamiers by Willi demonstrated some Italian dishes for the members. This was followed by an Italian lunch spread that was truly authentic.
