The Purpose Driven Life & Felicitation of the Past YFLO Chairpersons 7th May, 2013

The inaugural function of the 10th year of YFLO was a huge success with the presence of all the 9 YFLO Past Chairpersons and the presence of the Past Presidents Ms. Anuradha Goel, Ms. Indu Punj, Ms. Mukta Nandini Jain, Ms. Namita Gautam, Ms. Nirmal Jain, Ms. Neena Malhotra, in the august company of the First Woman President of FICCI, Ms Naina Lal Kidwai who was the Chief Guest and Keynote speaker.

Ms. Garima Jain, the 10th Chairperson of YFLO Delhi warmly welcomed the guests and was grateful for the opportunity to acknowledge the immense contributions of our 9 founding pillars, the past chairpersons who were honored with a personalized medal and a trophy as a mark of permanent remembrance.

Drawing on her vast professional and personal experience Ms. Naina Lal Kidwai observed on the theme “The Purpose Driven Life” with her mantras for succeeding in life viz. recognizing Ability, Balancing failures, Confidence and belief in oneself and Determination. Leadership, she enlightened, is really a philosophy about defining one’s core values.

Ms. Shallu Jindal, the first chairperson of YFLO on receiving her mementos from Ms. Namita Gautam, the Founder of YFLO, shared her belief about YFLO having the true power to empower. Ms Sheetal Ansal, urged every woman to come out of her comfort zone to tap into her real strengths and emotional intelligence.

Ms Radhika Backliwal Khaitan, highlighted about the wonderful platform YFLO provided her. “One should aim for achievement and success shall follow”, she said. Ms Seema Jindal Jajodia, shared that YFLO was her real school of learning for life.
“You never move the mountains, but yourself”, quipped Ms. Deepshikha Khaitan.
Ms Priyanka Agarwal shared her incredible journey with YFLO about owning a collective vision and working towards it and motivating your team to beautiful results.
Ms Vasvi Bharat Ram remembered her exhilarating experience and quipped, “Everything that has to go wrong, will go wrong. If it didn’t there wouldn’t be a need for chairpersons.”
Ms. Avantika Dalmia shared her sense of gratitude and cherished memories.
Ms. Divya Suri Singh, fondly remembered her year gone by as a superb learning experience.
Ms. Malvika Rai, President FLO, proposed the vote of thanks. “Within us is the power to transform”, she said.
