“The Changing Face of Indian Education” CHIEF GUEST: Shri Kapil Sibal, Hon’ble Union Minister for Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India New Delhi – February 10, 2010

Indian education has come a long way but as we move forward a great deal of emphasis has to been given to improving and changing the entire education system in India so that we can breed the next generation of leaders.

Who could enlighten us more on this subject than Shri Kapil Sibal, Hon’ble Union Minister for Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India! YFLO organized an interactive session on “The Changing Face of Indian Education” with Mr Kapil Sibal on February 10, 2010.

Shri Sibal spoke on the pertinent changes in the current education system and also enlightened the audience on the steps taken by the government to improve primary and secondary education system in rural areas and upgradation of the current College and University education.

We were filled with a sense of satisfaction that the vital ministry of HRD was in the hands of such a capable and fore-sighted individual.
