SWAYAM: Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Promotion in Baking

A batch consisting 20 women were trained in Baking through the WE SWAYAM project undertaken by FICCIFLO Chennai in association with Sathyabama University. The course enabled the trainees to excel in baking breads, buns and cakes and has helped many of them start their own small scale businesses and have also provided employment opportunities to them.
