SWAYAM: Leadership Training & Promotion

Girl students from various colleges were selected for conducting a leadership seminar program by FICCI FLO Chennai SWAYAM wing.
Dr.Kalpana Shankar – CEO of Hand in Hand spoke on social entrepreneurship and leadership. Ms.Jayanthi, Retd IAS and currently a member of State Human Rights Commission spoke about leadership of women in administrative services. Dr. Srividya Venkatraman handled the importance of mental &physical aspects involving leadership.
