Support to Widowed Women Farmers

Pune Chapter commenced a project in Osmanabad where a government run organization namely (KVK) Krishi Vidya Kendra was approached to train 100 widowed women farmers about good farming practices and supported them by donating seeds and reassuring soil testing on a 6-monthly basis in
order to ensure that their products are accepted at marketplaces. This event was graced by State Agriculture Minister Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil and other local authorities like Collector and Zilla Parishad officials.
