There is a pressing need for women trainers in the city who will be able to train women to drive giving them a comfort factor which lacks when they learn from male trainers. In her career span of 4 years of being a trainer, Sneha has realised just this and now she is up to making a difference. She wants to create a team of 20 women trainers through whom she can achieve this. These will be underprivileged women who are ambitious and want to support their families independently. They will be sought from across the country, trained, groomed and turned into drivers and trainers. Training to drive will be imparted by Sneha herself followed by training in self defense techniques and grooming in communication, behavior & basic etiquettes which will be imparted by an outsourced agency at minimal costs.
