Strong Inside Out: Redefining the Corporate Woman

YFLO Hyderabad launched a transformative initiative, “Strong Inside Out: Redefining the Corporate Woman”, on the occasion of National Women Support Women Day. The initiative aims to empower corporate women by addressing critical aspects of mental health, physical well-being, and leadership in workplaces and create a network of empowered women who support, inspire, and redefine success. Held at Tata Motors’ All-Women Showroom, the showroom is managed entirely by women.

The first session of the series focused on equipping women with tools to navigate professional and personal challenges. The discussions highlighted the identification of workplace stressors, the significance of the mind-body connection, and the recognition of early signs of mental strain.

The event featured two distinguished speakers. Ms. Shreya Jhawar, an RCI-licensed clinical psychologist with over 12 years of experience, led the session on recognizing and addressing mental health challenges. Joining her was Ms. Esha Jain, an emerging expert in workplace stress management, who shared practical techniques tailored to the challenges faced by corporate women Upcoming sessions will delve into advanced leadership training, personal growth workshops, and networking opportunities, ensuring a lasting impact across industries.
