Strategies for Goal Setting

Under FLO Digital Literacy and Skilling, FLO Indore hosted a workshop titled “Strategies for Goal Setting” for students of InfoBeans Foundation. The session was designed to enhance goal-setting skills and provide career guidance. Approximately 40 enthusiastic students attended the workshop, engaging actively with the content.

Renowned NLP Youth Performance Coach, Ms. Priyanka Bagla, led the workshop. She addressed key topics such as the importance of goal setting, the distinction between passion and interest, and the formulation of SMART goals. The session incorporated NLP and AI techniques to offer practical insights into action planning.

The workshop was organized in collaboration with InfoBeans Foundation. The event received positive feedback from the students, who expressed appreciation for the valuable insights and guidance provided. The workshop is considered a significant step in preparing young individuals for the workforce, aligning with FLO’s mission to empower youth.
