Startup Spotlight: Unlocking Personal Transformation

FLO Chennai, under the leadership of Chairperson Dr. Divya Abhishek and Startup Vertical Head Ms. Priya Goutham, hosted a session titled “Startup Spotlight: Unlocking Personal Transformation,” at Yesde House, Nungambakkam, featuring renowned life coach Ms. Mansi Gandhi. 34 people attended the insightful session.

The session delved into the profound power of vision boards as a tool for manifesting dreams and achieving both personal and financial goals. The event commenced with a warm introduction by Ms. Priya Goutham, setting the stage for Ms. Gandhi to share her compelling journey into life coaching. Ms. Gandhi began with a 4-7 breathing exercise, where participants inhaled for four counts and exhaled for seven.

The session’s highlight was a guided imagination exercise. Ms. Gandhi transported the participants to vivid mental landscapes. This exercise encouraged attendees to connect deeply with their emotions and visualize a space of calm and possibility.

Building on this foundation, Ms. Gandhi introduced the concept of setting money goals—challenging participants to ensure their goals were specific, personal, measurable, relatable, and meaningful. She emphasized the importance of understanding the deeper “why” behind these aspirations, urging everyone to align their goals with their core values and desires.

The session culminated in an engaging vision board activity. Attendees curated and arranged pictures on cardboard that represented their dreams, ambitions, and aspirations. Ms. Gandhi concluded by highlighting the importance of visualizing these images as already realized, fostering a sense of internal healing and empowerment.
