FLO Hyderabad organized a three-day festival from September 26th to 28th, 2024, at ESCI, Gachibowli. The festival, which signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) with the International Startup Festival(ISF), fosters women’s entrepreneurship.

The MoU was signed during the ISF Curtainraiser 2024 event at T-Hub, Hyderabad, marking a new chapter in the collaborative efforts between these two dynamic entities. The signing ceremony was attended by Chairperson, Priya Gazdar, GrowthForge Head, Radhika Agarwal, and SheRises program participant, Srivani Madugula.

FLO Hyderabad had the honor of participating in a panel discussion at the event, where key insights and contributions to the startup community were shared. Chairperson Priya Gazdar offered valuable perspectives on FLO’s ongoing initiatives and its pivotal role in the entrepreneurial landscape. Radhika Agarwal elaborated on FLO’s active involvement in mentoring startups, fostering collaborations, and providing incubation opportunities.

Srivani Madugula, a FLO industrial Park entrepreneur, pitched her innovative startup to an audience of over 100 accomplished individuals, showcasing the potential and talent being nurtured through FLO’s initiatives. An online Orientation session was also organized to take pan-India FLO members through this great opportunity.

Chairperson Priya Gazdar was invited as a jury Panelist at the Pitching Session for Agri Startups. It was indeed a proud moment to see FLO Hyderabad member, Arpita Soma, as a participant. Members Poonam Yarlagadda and Srivani Madugula set up stalls at the Expo and over 1000 global investors and corporate leaders who attended the 3-day International Startup Festival.

Highlights of the Event :

1. Mr. J.A. Chowdary, Founder of ISF, emphasized how this partnership aligned with both organizations’ goals of nurturing entrepreneurship and fostering a dynamic startup ecosystem.
2. The event showcased the achievements of women entrepreneurs, with a special highlight on Srivani Madugula, a participant from FLO’s SheRises program wherein she confidently pitched her innovative startup to over 100 industry leaders.
