Sound Healing and Meditation by Komal Batra, Secretary, FLO Uttarakhand

FLO Uttarakhand by the generous support of Kairos Consciousness owned and run by Komal Batra, Secretary, FLO Uttarakhand organized a sound healing and meditation applied session for FLO Uttarakhand members at the Summit hotels by the Ganges in Risikesh. 22 members attended the two- hour session. During post session sharing, members shared their reflections and self- growth.
