Social Initiatives Education-Oral Health Drive

Under the leadership of Dr. Nupur Handa, the FLO Social Initiatives Education organised an oral health drive for approximately 200 women factory workers at the Jay Group of Companies in Dodballapur. The drive was supported by two distinguished professionals, Dr. Kishore and Dr. Murli.

Dr. Kishore led the initial session, focusing on the often-overlooked importance of oral health. He made the session engaging and interactive, ensuring that the workers remained attentive throughout. Following this, Dr. Murli and his team of eight doctors conducted thorough oral health examinations, including screenings for oral cancer. Additionally, the team provided general health assessments and posture correction screenings.

The workers showed great cooperation by paitently wiating for their turn. To acknowledge their participation, snack boxes were distributed. The workers were also encouraged to follow up on any necessary treatments, and Dr. Murli offered a 20% discount on his already reduced rates for those in need of further care.
