Signing of MOU with AAA Health Care

On 23rd September 2017 FLO Mumbai Chapter signed a MOU with AAA Health Care for Skilling Women for General Duty Assistant and Geriatric Assistant (old age care). Courses are approved and accredited by Maharashtra State Skill Development Society and Health Care Sector Skills Council.

The event was attended by Executive Committee members Ms. Vinita Bimbhet – Past National President , Ms. Minali Shah – Chairperson, Ms. Anuradha Bhatia- Vice Chairperson, Ms. Monica Chaturvedi- Sr. Vice Chairperson & Ms. Nafisa Nimakwala – Jt. Treasurer and Ms. Rasika Beriwar from AAA Health care & two doctors.

FLO members insisted that apart from training AAA should also look at providing immediate placement for the girls being trained. It was also decided to start small batches in the beginning.

All & All a good initiative to ensure good care for infants & elderly people simultaneously generating employment opportunities for many.
