SheRises Conclave in Collaboration with Start in UP

FLO Kanpur organized the final round of the SheRises StartUP Initiative, known as the SheRises Conclave, in collaboration with Start in UP, at The Sportz Hub,under the National Initiative – StartUP Cell. The event highlighted entrepreneurial innovation and engagement through workshops, panel discussions, and an interactive expo. Chairperson Nalini Sanwal welcomed 35 FLO members and 100 MBA students, 50 from Allenhouse Institute of Management and 50 from Maharana Pratap Group of Colleges.

The event began with a workshop led by Vijay Vikram Singh, the voice of Bigg Boss, and was graced by Neha Jain, IAS, who served as the Chief Guest. Shushma Singh and Shruti Chadak chaired the event. The event organized a panel discussion, featuring esteemed personalities – Dr. Aarti Gupta (National Head of FLO StartUP Cell), Neiharika Rajiv (Angel Investor), Mahavir Pratap Sharma (Founding Chair, TiE India Angels), Nachiket Kuntla (Head of R&D, Phool & Fleather).

The top 7 finalists from the competition showcased their ventures at the expo, gaining exposure and valuable feedback. Among them, 3 entrepreneurs pitched their ideas to investors and award winners- Winner – Rozy Mandoliya (Third Eyes), First Runner-up – Radhika Gupta (One Digital Land), and Second Runner-up – Roshni Deol (The Timeless Clan.

The event concluded with members and guests visiting the StartUP Expo, followed by High Tea. The SheRises Conclave exemplified collaboration, learning, and the spirit of innovation, leaving a lasting impact on attendees and participants alike.
