Shef Power by the Gourmet Vertical

FLO Bangalore hosted an event titled, “Shef Power by the Gourmet Vertical” on November 25, 2024. The event featured Ms. Sumeet Saigal, the 8th finalist of MasterChef Australia 2024.

In an engaging fireside chat with Vertical head Sheetal Chhabria, Saigal shared her inspiring journey from food to software and back to her culinary roots. Her insights on balancing passion with perseverance and her practical tips on culinary innovation left the 65 members inspired and motivated.

The highlight of the event was a hands-on demo where Sumeet showcased the art of making mayo, a flavored butter, and a sauce—equipping members with creative techniques to elevate their cooking skills.

Special moments included Aishwarya gifting a stunning pendant from Mivraa Jewels and Namrata Mittal of La Saveur by NM impressing everyone, including Sumeet, with her delectable tea cakes.
