Session on How to Relax Mind & Body

Stress Management has become a prerequisite in today’s hectic life.  It starts with identifying the sources of stress in your life. Coimbatore Chapter invited Ms. Smitha Murthy, trainer of Art of Living from Bangalore to conduct a session on how to relax mind & body for working women. The session was very enlightening for the members. Ms Murthy spoke about simple techniques to relax in between working hours.
