Sareethon

“Sareethon” was a unique event organized by FLO Ahmedabad in collaboration with the JITO Ladies Wing. The event was celebrated coinciding with World Saree Day, on December 21, and took place at the riverfront, bringing together a community of women who celebrated both health and tradition.

The event saw ladies donning traditional sarees as they walked, jogged, and ran, blending fitness with cultural heritage. The initiative promoted wellness and honored the timeless elegance of the saree, with participants embracing their cultural roots.

Additionally to the physical activities, the event made a significant social impact by facilitating the donation of 1,000 sarees, earning a spot in the World Book of Records. Sareethon marked the celebration of tradition, unity, and philanthropy, showcasing the strength and spirit of women coming together for a meaningful cause.
