Roshni Eye Camp

YFLO Delhi held an eye camp in the slums of Ambedkar Nagar. We tied up with doctors from Tara Sansthan to conduct the eye check-ups. 430 people were attended to, out of which necessary eyedrops were given to 310, 150 spectacles given to senior citizens, 6 patients were selected for cataract surgery and spectacles given to 20 children. Dr. Nandini Duggal,Director and Medical Superintendent from RML Hospital spoke about the importance of hygiene and the symptoms that patients need to watchout for with respect to vision.
