Revamping Coffee Groups into Thriving Communities

The FICCI FLO Kanpur Chapter successfully transformed its coffee group structure to foster stronger member engagement and networking opportunities to Communities. This report details the initiative and its outcomes.It was conducted by Senior vice Chair Kriti Shroff and Secretary Rubby Chawla and coordinated by Committee Heads Roli Gupta, Niti Tandon.

From Coffee Groups to Communities:

Previously, the chapter operated 10 coffee groups. To enhance member interaction and collaboration, these groups were strategically consolidated into 5 focused communities:

– Health & Wellness
– Tech Wizards
– Entrepreneurs / Business Gurus
– Rural Support Circle
– Design & Culture Enthusiasts

To conclude the event, Committee head Priya Raheja led engaging ice-breaking and energizer activities. These activities fostered a sense of camaraderie and team spirit among the members.

The transformation of coffee groups into communities marks a significant step towards fostering deeper connections and amplifying member engagement within the FLO Kanpur Chapter. Collages showcasing highlights from four successful community meets are being compiled, with one additional meet still to come.

This initiative demonstrates the chapter’s commitment to providing a platform for collaboration and growth amongst its members.
