Retreat to Andamans

Convened by Ritu Shah with subcommittee Smita Sanghi, Akansha and Vandana Shete,a group of 58 FLO members had a meeting with the Andaman Chambers of Commerce & Industry (ACCI) at the Conference Hall. In attendance from FLO Hyderabad were Chairperson Sona Chatwani, Past Chairs Vani Subhash and Monika Agarwal. ACCI was represented by Mr. Sunil Arora, Secretary, Port Blair Municipal Council and Dr. Poonam Arora, Chairperson, Social Welfare Advisory Board. Pooja Joshi, Secretary Tourism was the Chief Guest at the event.

The retreat included a talk by environmentalist Jocelyn, an ‘all-whites’ jazz evening scuba diving for the sporty ones visit to Kalapatthar beach, spa, kayaking, walk on the beach and 90 mins stormy Ferry ride back to Port Blair followed by Sound & Light Show at the (in) famous Cellular Jail. A gems and jewellery bazaar was arranged for the ladies at Keys Hotel.
