OPOS Cooking Workshop

The popular OPOS technique invented by Mr. Ramakrishnan was taught to our members at FICCI FLO. Ms. Viji, the author of multiple cookbooks, spearheaded this event with five other OPOS chefs from all over the country alongside the Chief Guest, Ms. Suhasini Maniratnam. This was a workshop-style event with 6 live stations to cook and learn flash cooking techniques that protect nutrition and save time, thus empowering women.
