New Member Meet & Greet

The New Member Integration Meets are held monthly in Vadodara to introduce new members to the
FLO Vadodara organization leadership and make members feel welcomed. The event kicks off with a
brief introduction about the organization, its mission, vision, and values, as well as the various programs
and initiatives that FLO Vadodara runs. This was followed by a round of introductions where the new
members get to introduce themselves and their businesses or professions. Introductions are followed by
an icebreaker. The small group size encourages members to participate and share their experiences
while networking and building relationships with other members.

Overall, the new member integration meets are a big success, with attendees praising the friendly,
welcoming atmosphere and the opportunities it presented for networking and building relationships
within the FLO Vadodara community.
