As the festive season began, we were hosted by Haldiram’s, Bikaner House for an evening of networking with a workshop on the Art of Indian Desserts.
Mithai is something that Indians love regardless of our age or geographical location. There is no better way to learn how to make mithai than the artisans from the oldest and most reputed name Haldiram’s.
We all split up into different tables and learnt the art of making Sandesh by the best in the trade. It was an evening full of fun. After the workshop, we enjoyed a sumptuous meal with all of the famous street foods served in Halidram’s.
