Networking Event

A networking event was organized, wherein Chairperson Swati Mayekar informed about the events planned for the year. She also informed about the PRASAD CHIKITSA project & requested members to contribute towards the same.

FLO Member, Lubeina Shahpurwala shared her success story wherein they started making the garment which was given least attention i.e. socks & today they manufacture 1 million socks a month and they manufacture for some of the biggest international brands and retailers such as Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, Next UK, Max, Mackays & Austin Reed. Member Sonia Golani who is also an acclaimed writer gave a brief description of the books written by her – CORPORATE DIVAS, DECODING BOLLYWOOD etc. Member Bina Mardia spoke about her New Venture i.e. Art Gallery at Atria Mall.
