Mystery of Human Chemistry with Dr. Anjali Chhabria

Create your Conviction In a first of its kind ,YFLO Kolkata organised a talk on “Fidelity – fact or a fiction?” with Dr. Anjali Chabbaria, from Mumbai- Dr. Chhabria, is a leader in mental health and is especially acclaimed for her contributions in understanding relationships. My endeavour in bringing Dr. Chhabria to Kolkata was directed towards initiating a dialogue on mental health, to open the minds of my members and to create consciousness. She reiterated that psychological and emotional well-being is of utmost importance in today’s time and is as significant as physical health.Dr Chabbaria went head on with the topic of infidelity and how real it is in today’s changing world. Members participated with their views and interacted with honest opinions and stories. More topics like human relationships, mental health and parenting were also discussed with great interest. “Death is not the answer” is the book written by her that touches on a variety of issues faced by humans in today’s world; focusing on understanding suicide.
The event was a packed house and bold interactions opened many vistas, which are normally tabooed and women are reluctant to take part in. Dr. Chhabria’s deft handling of the minds, opened them to share their deepest issues and concerns.
