FLO Indore has joined hands with InfoBeans Foundation to launch a mentorship program. The primary objective is to equip students with the necessary skills and insights needed to navigate the professional world effectively.

Impact
A notable session was conducted by FLO Indore, where senior members from FLO, provided personalized guidance to the foundation’s students as their mentors. This session was designed to facilitate direct interactions between mentors and mentees, allowing mentors to understand the individual needs and aspirations of their mentees. This personalized approach ensured that the guidance provided is tailored to the specific requirements of each student.

Key Highlights
By offering personalized guidance, mentors helped students identify and develop their strengths, address their weaknesses and set personal goals. The one-on-one interactions fostered a strong mentor-mentee relationship, while creating a supportive environment for continuous learning and development. The mentorship program is supported by a group of esteemed professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. The mentors include: Dr. Kopal Maheshwari, Dr. Shruti Maheshwari, Ruchi Gupta, Ar Varsha Dagra, CA Jyoti Bhutra, Nilima Surekha, Neha Mehta, Rinki Mittal, Snehal Lalwani and CA Shweta Agrawal.
