FLO endeavors to enhance the various skills of women through its educational and vocational training programmes, talks, seminars, panel discussions and workshops on a wide range of subjects like information technology, taxation, insurance, venture capital, stock market operations, accountancy, marketing, mutual funds, investment planning, entrepreneurship development programmes etc.

FLO today is synonymous with Women Empowerment and has pledged to expand the horizons and mental fortitude women.

MS Kakkar said FLO fully comprehends and appreciates the role of NGO’S in Nation Building hence in quarterly magazine they will dedicate a special page to NGO. It would be an initiative to enable the members to connect to the NGO’S at their own free will.

Sharing her views Ms Kakkar further commented- India is soon to become the second oldest country in the world and youth is needed to sustain growth. In the social cause FLO plans to socially and mentally equip children of the rural hinterland and plan to work on providing sanitation , tree plantation and running water. MS, Vinnie also shared the planned calendar to hold camps for FIRST AID Education and Personal Hygiene.

MS VINNIE KAKKAR commented that behind every successful man is a woman and we plan to aggressively provide Vocational training to 50-200 women to enable them to live a life of dignity and respect.

Ms. Kakkar along with her team is all geared up to make a difference and support the cause of Nation Building.
