Chef Augusto is a Master Sushi chef renowed for his innovative fusion of traditional Japanese Cuisine and modern reciepes.Having gained expertise in his field he turned towards opening popular restaurants namely ‘Townhall’ and ‘ Public Affair’.
By updating traditional japanese cuisine like sushi,sashimi and rolls, he played a big hand in popularizing these dishes in the Middle East and in India. He has been featured in popular food television shows in India.An episode in a documentary named “ A day in the life of a Sushi Chef” made by India times was dedicated entirely to him and his work.
A lot of famous and prominent personalities such as celebrities in Bollywood and Hollywood and high ranking politicians form his regular clientele. This can be attributed to his insistence about quality,fresh ingredients, a varied and distinct flavour profile.Not to mention the numerous awards his restaurants have recieved back to back.

Chef Augusto along with his team demostrated step by strp the making of chosen Oriental and Japanese dishes . The audience was also invited for tasting the delicacies .
This event got an overwhelming response from ficci members and each one of them went back with lots of takeaways from the event. The event was a great success.
